Description

The Velux Balcony Roof Window functions as both a roof window and balcony. The top-hung upper window opens outward, while the bottom section unfolds into a balcony with side railings, providing easy access to natural light and fresh air. Additionally, its exterior features maintenance-free metal cladding and installs on roofs pitched between 35° and 53°.

Additionally, a unique top control bar pulls down to allow outside air to flow through a ventilation flap. The bottom sash stays open up to 45°, while the outer pane rotates 180° for easy cleaning, secured by a barrel bolt. Furthermore, similar to traditional models, the MK19 is smaller and fits between most roof rafters, thereby enabling faster, easier, and more budget-friendly installation. Flashing kit not included and sold separately.
